Come join me for a sound bath collaboration with Black Dog Coffee Shop! Included in the ticket is an hour long sound bath and a tea drink and treat. Sound baths are a great way to relax and reset, and provide space to take your attention inwards. After the sound bath experience there will be plenty of time to enjoy your drinks and chat with the people you came with…while soaking in the amazing after-effects of the sound bath.
