CELLS, CYMATICS, & WATER
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
RESONANCE & SOUND ON CELLS- WHAT IS IT & HOW IT EFFECTS CELLS IN OUR BODY
CYMATICS- WHAT IS IT & HOW DOES IT CONNECT TO SOUND
WATER- WHAT DOES WATER HAVE TO DO WITH HEALING
RESONANCE & SOUND ON CELLS
The first thing we need to understand is how our body interprets sound.
When our body is exposed to sound, the sound enters our ears (or our skin), our ears send that sound to our nerve cells (or spinal cord if through skin), and they communicate with our brain through neurons effecting our brainwaves. Depending on the hertz of what is being sent to the brain, the brainwaves will change in parallel with that. Example: 1 wave per second hertz = 1-4 cycles per second in the brain also known as the Delta brainwave state.
In our brain we have circuits, neurons that move together. These circuits serve all sorts of functions, but we will not be addressing that here. Brain waves are the product of neurons firing in similar patterns to create oscillations of electrical activity within the brain.
So what does that have to do with sound? Sound waves impact the very complicated interplay of these neuron firing patterns within our brain and in turn help with many health issues such as:
insomnia
depression
blood flow
physical pain/illness
memory
motivation/general feeling of wellness
Stimulating cells with sound can reduce health problems.
Each organ in your body has a natural resonant frequency (aka a frequency of vibration that it emits). All cells also have a natural resonant frequency and interpret sound in their own ways. Each cell has a cilia that picks up vibration, and when there is a mutation on that receptor it can result in diseases and change the protein synthesis within the cell.
The resonance of cells can be negatively impacted by many factors which cause disorder. Not to fear! Resonance can also be used to impact our bodies on a cellular level to create order once again, creating a reset within the cell. Understanding resonance and sound is a new way of moving forward with the health of the human body.

CYMATICS
This is the study of wave phenomena by Doctor Hans Jenny. Cymatics is known as the visualization of sound and the study of it.
Under Han’s study, he found that the use of sound, specifically single sine wave vibrations, could animate inert mediums to a flow-like state that would form geometric patterns that we find naturally occurring throughout nature. You can also see the effects of this through musical pieces as well. What did all of this imply? Nature is not chaotic, but is a precise pattern repeating in different forms.
The shape formed is a result of finding the resonant mode of the medium…the pattern is not the frequency, but a result of the medium being effected by the frequency.
The discovery of the field of cymatics has led to cymatic therapy. This kind of therapy delves into how different frequencies effect the human body and how those can be used to create healthier resonances within the cells.
The two most common mediums worked with to showcase this phenomena are sand & water… check it out below!
WE ARE WATER
About 60%-70% of our body is water…okay so what? Well, let me tell you!
Our bodies are excellent conductors of sound.
Doctor Emoto studied the effects of negative and positive human intention on water, studying their physical molecular formations. He also studied the impact that sound (specifically music) had on the structure of water.
Essentially: Negative fearful intentions formed chaotic misconfigured structures in the molecules. He also found that negatively effected molecules could be improved with concentrated positive intentions afterwards.
Doctor Emoto also studied the effects of sound on water.
Essentially: He found that certain sounds created beautiful crystalline patterns and others created chaotic ones.
Not only do verbal cues impact the molecular structure of water, but the intention alone that we put towards it will as well.
Along with speaking positively and negatively towards water, there was also a study done where they wrote positive and negative thoughts on the glasses containing the water and discovered this also impacted the structure of the molecules.
Along with this we also know that water holds memories.
How does it hold memory? In wave form. Please note the study below is highly controversal on whether or not this was an accurate experiment, so I can’t confirm that results. However there isn’t much around it as to why it isn’t being retested or how it is proven incorrect so I want to provide it.
The french immunologist who discovered this, Jacques Beneiviste went on to conduct more studies to show that water when exposed to a frequency of a given substance would react in the same way as if it were exposed to that substance. In one study he exposed water to the frequency of Heparin (measured in the lab) and then exposed blood to the water and the blood reacted as if it were exposed to Heparin. Meaning the sound of (in this study heparin) would act the same way as the substance within water. So let’s think about this for a second, if you charge water, it is scientifically proven that the water will hold that memory of how you will charge it and just possibly effect the body in the way that it was charged.
Similar to the way we feel our emotions, the molecular structure of water is impacted by negative and positive frequencies…including intention and how we speak to it.
WHAT DOES ALL OF THIS MEAN FOR ME?
Humans are made to be impacted by sound. Things like sound AND intention are incredibly important to our well being and can help improve health and help to prevent illness and pain. Our cells and the water molecules in our bodies are effected by powerful sounds that we can physically and audibly experience. As our understanding of how sound healing works expands, they are finding more and more evidence of a promising new field of medicine. Ancients have known for thousands of years that sound is the answer, we are just playing catch up.
